2. Quotes and Payments

Prices and payment schedule are as agreed in the written quote or invoice. Work may be paused if agreed payments are delayed. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, paid ads budgets, stock assets and app store fees are charged separately unless stated.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide content, logos, access and feedback on time, and to make sure you own or have the right to use everything you give us. Delays on your side may move the delivery dates.

4. Revisions

The number of revisions is as stated in your quote. Changes outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

5. Intellectual Property

After full payment, you own the final deliverables made for you. We keep the right to reuse our own tools, code libraries and general know-how, and, unless you ask otherwise, to show the finished work in our portfolio.

6. Confidentiality

We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only for your project.

7. Third-Party Services

Projects may depend on services we do not control, such as hosting, app stores, payment gateways, WhatsApp and advertising platforms. Their rules, outages and policy changes are outside our control.

8. Results

We work carefully and professionally, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, ad results, sales or followers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TGR Digital Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

10. Cancellation

Either side may end a project by written notice. You will pay for work completed up to that date.

11. Website Use

The content, logo and design of this website belong to TGR Digital Agency and may not be copied or reused without permission.

12. Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled in the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
